About NoFluffStack
I'm Rishi Kumar. Since 2023 I've been building websites on locked-down platforms — the kind where you can't install a plugin, can't touch the server, and every technical problem has to be solved by hand. Started on Blogger, and have run more than a dozen sites since.
Those platforms have something in common: the official documentation is thin, and the gap gets filled by tutorials that are recycled, outdated, or confidently wrong. I've followed enough of them into broken themes and de-indexed pages to know.
Some of my sites do well. Some don't. All of them taught me something about what these platforms can actually do versus what their documentation claims.
What's here right now
Most of the current content covers Blogger, because that's where the documentation gap is widest — roughly 348,000 live sites, no plugin ecosystem, and official docs that haven't had a meaningful update since 2020. Over time this widens to the other platforms with the same problem.
How this works
Nothing gets published until I've done it on a live site myself. Screenshots come from my own dashboard. Code is what I actually pasted into my own theme. When something breaks, I write down how it broke — because that's the part every other guide leaves out.
Where I'm uncertain, I say so. Where credible sources disagree, I show you both and explain why. Where a platform simply can't do something, I say that plainly instead of inventing a workaround.
What this isn't
I'm not an agency. I don't hold a certification. I'm not going to tell you how to make money blogging.
This is platform documentation — the technical, unglamorous kind.
Based in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. Writing for anyone running a real website on a platform that won't let them install what they need.
